Same thing occurring with us... Firefox and IE OK but Chrome just sits there and won't log anyone on!

Contacted TES Support whose response was :-

 

"Thank you for your email. This issue has been brought to our attention by other schools as well. There are no issues at our end and we believe this issue is related to your firewall settings. As teachers are able to access the website using other browsers, this shows that there are no issues at our end.

 

I am sorry but we are unable to help with firewall related issues.

 

Please do contact us again if we can be of any other help."

 

So no joy there! How can it be a firewall issue that only picks on Chrome? Doesn't work even with all the firewall settings off.

 

Has anyone had a any luck with this yet?

anyone able to enlighten me where to put the urls?

 

I just put them in custom allowed content using quick block/allow
