Hi We have an out of warranty Smart SPNL-6065 with a dead camera in one corner. The cost of shipping it to Holland and back for repair is slightly prohibitive to say the least! Hate wasting what is otherwise a really good smart board so if anyone has one, or know the whereabouts of one they want to get rid of ? We would be extremely grateful.

Looks like Google have now fixed it - all working again this morning!

Your finance person should be able to search for them and get you the supplier details, would not expect them to be more than 2 years old! Failing that they should be on your hardware inventory, that will at least give you a purchase date. I'm assuming you have reseted all the cables that go under the screen? Being punched could easily wobble something loose!

Same thing occurring with us... Firefox and IE OK but Chrome just sits there and won't log anyone on! Contacted TES Support whose response was :- "Thank you for your email. This issue has been brought to our attention by other schools as well. There are no issues at our end and we believe this issue is related to your firewall settings. As teachers are able to access the website using other browsers, this shows that there are no issues at our end. I am sorry but we are unable to help with firewall related issues. Please do contact us again if we can be of any other help." So no joy there! How can it be a firewall issue that only picks on Chrome? Doesn't work even with all the firewall settings off. Has anyone had a any luck with this yet?

Does anyone know of an alternative to Blackcat Logo? R.E.M have confirmed it is not Win7 compatible, that there will be no further updates and are in fact planning to remove it from resale very soon. Have looked and looked but nothing out there seems to be suitable for Primary kids Aged 4 -6 Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks
