itsha Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Can anyone tell me where I can find the Summer 2013 Discover download link or point me to the resource on SupportNet where the link is. I am not sure if I am the only person or not that cannot find it but all i can find is the release notes which refer to the Discover CD but I receive no CD. Going crazy here trying to locate it so any help greatly appreciated ITSHA

No thanks to Capita though as this was completely stupid and counter intuitive. You need advanced telepathy and cryptography to be able to find anything on Support Net, I thought they were upgrading it to make it easier to find anything with a useful search term. I guess not! 1

On Supportnet: WebSupport, Solution Search Click on Sims.net Click Discover in dropdown list type "URL" in search second one (in list of 8)refers If you search for "install" a list of 34 comes up..... Intuitive!!
Greg Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Just search Supportnet on the home page for the release you are looking for, eg Summer, it gives you a link to the Summer 2013 release news item with links to the SIMS and Discover downloads and passwords...
