eejit Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 Some of the lovely darlings here have decided to change the printer to print in mirror and negative. I've had a quick look through group policy management but can't find how stop them altering the printer properties. Anyone know how to do this? We're using XP on a 2003 network and they only have "print" permissions to the printer. Cheers.

mcloum Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 *bump* Would also like to remove the print properties button as i have set 2 printers up that are both the same printer, 1 is set to greyscale and the other colour but this one is paused. They have figured out they can alter the properties to make it print in colour.
Jon Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 If it is an HP printer have a look on there site. They do provide Mono only drivers for some of the Colour laser printers.
