Guess I have to get back into Revolution now. Enjoyed the first series, havent watched any of the 2nd.

Started watching it then got bored of it as it didn't draw me in.

Waiting for the 2nd season of Banshee but will need a re-cap on that before I think.

Also waiting for latest season of NCIS.

Ok just watched the final episode last night and...wow! Right up until the end Mrs sparkeh and I were trying to work out what Walt was going to do but wow, good ending.

The final series was full of "Oh my God whaaaaat?!" moments it was incredible. Easily the best show I have ever watched.

Anyone else heard that there could be a spin-off centering on Saul? That could be great (he was my favourite character!).

Prob the best TV program I have every watch too...best blew me away. Driving my better half nuts but quoting it :) .

Honestly though...not sure about "Better Call Saul" as a prequel. Loved the character (of course!)...but we know what happens to him. For example, if he gets into situations with undesirables we will know that he makes it out ok, thus no tension. Mind you....if its the same creative team from Breaking Bad, I'm sure it's going to be good.

Finished watching Breaking Bad last month (month before?) with the missus - took us about six months because teenage daughters are not conducive to maintaining control of the TV.

Absolutely the greatest drama ever put out, because everything that happened, happened because of the characters. There was no deus ex machina or contrived external influences - just Walt careening from catastrophe to catastrophe, taking small and sensible steps at each stage but inevitably escalating everything towards that incredible finale. And my god, what an ending. :censored:

Genuinely my favourite thing ever. Better Call Saul will probably be a bit more comedic, I reckon - I mean, Saul Goodman, how could it not be? :)
