stebo730 Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Hi, We have Resource Calendars in Exchange 2013 for booking Rooms and vehicles. These work fine in Outlook. However, in OWA we cannot get the calendars to appear through a url we have on our Intranet. The only way I can get staff to access this is if I add staff to the Full Access part of Mailbox Delegation for that resource mailbox in ECP. This obviously gives all staff full permission which we don't want. What have I missed or need to do to enable access for staff. The error message is along the lines of Something has gone wrong. Any advice welcome.
Michael Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Using the latest Office 365 and logging in as the owner of the calendar - you can right click it and view its permissions. You can set different permissions for internal users, but also public availability via a URL.
akidosaint Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 I have slight work around in PS use Set-MailboxCalendarFolder enable PublishEnabled and ensure searchableURLenabled is Disabled. Below is what i did Set-MailboxCalendarFolder -identity room.:\Calendar -PublishEnabled $true When you do get-MailboxCalendarFolder it gives you new URL Unfortunately not very friendly this allow non Full permission accounts to see the Calendar hope this helps
