BKGarry Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Hello All, While I am waiting for a response from capita, is anyone else having issues with InTouch this morning? Our Callback service seems to not be working, also, does anyone know the settings to put in if you have to reinstall the Routing Service? (we accidentally uninstalled it here when trying to look into the callback service, so that will need to be reinstalled) All the best :-)
PhilNeal Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 InTouch is seeing messages pass through it so I don't think there is a problem. It was very busy yesterday sending out GCSE results but its quiet today.

le4ne Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Ah yes... I'd heard about yesterday but not today. InTouch should be back up 8pm tonight. Just a little bit of an issue for our Academies when we're already back from summer holidays (we only get a 4 week break)!
