Setting iPads with OSX Server and Apple Configurator

Hello,

 

I'm attempting to setup in batch around 100 ipads for school. We have a MacBook Pro with OSX Server and Apple Configurator installed. This all pretty new to me, so I have no idea where to go from here.

 

Does anyone have a step by step of what I need to do? have looked at the OSX Server but with so many options I am clueless where or what to do next.

 

The iPads are for classrooms and they should all have the same configuration. I will be installing the iPads with some 20 free apps and some paid apps. Is there an easy way to do this?
