Office 365.. Web Browser or Outlook ?

Hi, just wanted to put a question out there... Are people using office 365 in the browser or setting users up through outlook ?

 

We have a mix but a non cached mode exchange set up through outlook isn't proving that great performance...

 

Some staff love the 365 browser based version and others love there outlook, I suppose people don't like change

Why can't you use Outlook in Cached mode? We've setup Outlook for the users we've moved over so far, but the web interface is there too if they want it.

I've setup users with OWA, along with PushMail to their Smartphones/Tablets. No one's really asked for MS Outlook.

Work on the basis of those who are admin type roles use Outlook and rest OWA or those that move desks frequently.
