You know the little comment under peoples usernames in posts?

Like mine shows as

MrForgetful

I'm Jacked Into This 24-7

I know it relates to the amount of posts the person has made, unless you're Edugeek Staff in which case it just says that, but is there a list anywhere of the different titles and post numbers needed to acheive that?

I remember spending lots of time on Gamefaqs a few years ago (became quite addicted) and liked the changes.

It was discussed a couple of times way back when, though I dunno what the hell to search for, apart from I know Russ was giving out the info.

Would be good for the forum faq

Of course the number of people with over 400 posts now may mean that it might be time to add a couple more ranks?

Any SENSIBLE suggestions are welcomed.

Got Used to it Now has already been altered - one of the resident pedants (that would be me) noticed and plagued the powers that be until it was changed.

Did Geoff ever come back with that list he was 'obtaining'? (from the linked thread)

1 - 50 - pre schooler

50 - 100 - toddler

100- 200 - reception class

200 - 400 - infant

400 - 800 - junior

800 - 1600 - senior

1600 - 3200 - 6th former

3200 - 6400 - under-graduate

Surely it should be based on the length of time someone has been a member too?

Looks daft when people who've been registered for less than 2 months, thus newbies by all intents and purposes, get "Right Now I Am Helping All The Newbies"

No offence FN-Greatermanchester :D

Post more? It is not worth it ... I realised a while ago that I would never catch Geoff. It helps that he is a supercomputer ... I must ask the NSA if they are missing one of their Cray XT4s!
