[sims] Todays Register report doubling up

Can somebody please try Today's Register report and tell me if you get one page per form?

Reports | Lesson Monitor | Whole Group Pupil Reports | Today's Register Report

 

I'm getting double even using the built in template so it's not my stylesheet doing it.

Also SupportNet wont load

 

I'm going to fudge my layout for now

Just tried it here and ours is OK on the default template, one form per page.

Were on Spring release 7.150

Hmm, something site specific. GREAT! Some of my forms do have two tutors but not all, so it's not that.

Another oddity - two classes appear 4 times, an IB2 class and a YR class .

we get the same ont teacher has 3 reports 1 has 4 another only has one there really is no pattern to it

 

if you find out whats causing it please let us know as it driving our "kiddy catcher " mental.

All of mine have 2, apart from 2 that have 4, so for today at least i can fix it. will check to see what happens tomorrow.

We are getting the same with our report too, but its one tutor group doubling up. We got told to run patch 18113 but this didn't fix it. Capita are looking in to it for us.

Finally got back on to SupportNet so found the KB # 401664 and have requested the patch.

got the patch #18113 thismorning and it's fixed the issue

Patch 18113 has worked for me now. For some reason it didn't install the first time round. Ran it again and it has fixed the issue.

It has worked on my test server, will go live at the weekend.

It was just a simple case of adding DISTINCT to the call of staff members.

I have come across this as well, some reports get 5 of each regester. I'm going to try and us patch #18113 as it seems to work for some people.

It has sorted the problem out here, so i would defo recommend you apply it.

I had this and was released a patch via solus. Worked a treat

We have a bit different problem, its print the report right but the order is not correct like;

Year8

Year9

Year11

Year10

Check the ordering in the pastoral structure. But in actual fact, i think it might come from Nova - do you use that?

EDIT: ignore that last bit. Nova is for ordering in curriculum structure, that report should be as ordered in pastoral structure, i think ours is from the top down.

This issue has just come up in one of our schools (SIMS v7.153) so will get these patches applied.
