[sccm 2012] 0% stuck on downloading applications and client over OSD

Hi All,

 

Ever since recreating my Distribution point a large number of my applications get stick downloading in software centre at 0%. The most annoying issues its also causing is with OSD. My task sequencys get stuck on setting up SCCM client. Any thoughts because I am stuck. Normally a good google search will fix most things but this has been bugging me for a few weeks now and I really need a solid imaging system again.

One I've found is make sure you tick the box for on "data access" for copy to distribution share (on 2012)....

Yep I have that checked on all my packages.
