iPhone app for Spiceworks
Those wonderful people over at Spiceworks have just dropped me a line to let us know that they have created an iPhone app which is now available for download on the iTunes app store.
The app will allow you to see devices, work tickets, access user info etc.
More info here: Spiceworks for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

Yes, to my knowledge they both do.

Do your staff/users like the reporting a problem side of it?
Do they need to log in to report a problem?

I'll take a look at this on Monday on my iPad, not got an iPhone.
Been using this for about 3 years now, integrated with AD, so users don't have to log in.

Spiceworks New IPhone App & New Features Coming Soon

Well, we were primarily using it for the help desk and there were lots of other bells and whistles within Spiceworks that we just didn't use. Plus as they keep adding more and more features which we just don't need, it is becaming bloated in my opinion for what we need and unfriendly to use.

That is not to say that Spiceworks isn't any good because as you all know, it is. Just I feel the helpdesk side of it was not the best and the attention seems to be focused elsewhere now.
