Poorly sighted student

We have a student with very poor eyesight. She has her own iPad which she typically uses, but there are occasions when she'd like to use a computer. All we need to do according to her is make the mouse cursor a lot larger. Obviously being a student, all the settings are tied down. We don't use roaming profiles, but am happy to set her up one if necessary.

 

Anyone else got a similar situation? How have you managed to change some of the settings for an individual?

Its a bit of a bodge, but we use reg keys that are ITLed to a user group
