What happens when you go to http://servername?
What happens when you go to http://servername?
same error message
i have tried searching from a machine by using http://(InternalIP of server)/classroombookings/ but again same error message
i was talking to a guy from c2k when i ust checked to make sure that port 80 wasnt blocked and he said something about binding the internal ip address to that of the wampserver he said something like the wamp server would use 127.0.0.1 is that right is it possible to bind the server IP to this?
127.0.0.1 is localhost.
Not sure if this helps?

it does look like things are blocked at the router which is stopping me from seeing the bookingsystem from another computer. I have asked to unblock this so that it can work but this can take up to 3 weeks thank you very much for all your help EDU-IT as soon as things are working ill post back up again.
3 weeks? Geez.I have asked to unblock this so that it can work but this can take up to 3 weeks
HI thank you for your post yes i have added it in but still does the same thing. It turns out our legacy network is blocked on the router from the cat B side this doesnt allow any other computer to see the booking system from the internet or network other than the host machine. So i have been told![]()
Whoop, I have webmans booking system up and running with the one exception of when setting up week dates (Not sure what that is for!) there is a 404 page not found error! Looks good in every other way though.
thanks Webman

Whenever a member of staff books a room for a furture date, it books the room on the day we're on.
e.g. if we're on Monday 11th January period 1, and try to book for Thursday 14th period 4, it will book in the Monday 11th January Period 4 and not on the Thursday.
administrators can change the date but staff can't
How do resolve this problem as it happens for every member of staff and administrator?
