Hello, this is my first post so Im sorry in advance if it's in the wrong area. Im Having trouble with a Konica Minolta 4600 printer, an error keeps appearing saying "comm error, callFFFF". Can't figure out why it's appearing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi I have Konica Photcopiers etup - but on Windows they ask for a userid/password. How do I do this on Google Cloud Print so when you send a print, the authenication works. thanks in advance J.

Hi, I've search everywhere for the answer and I've logged a call with Konica. From our iMacs and Macbooks (running a mixture of 10.6 & 10.8) when we print to our C284e it always prints double sided, we can find the setting on the macbook to change a print to single sided but the setting reverts back to double-sided after printing (no Apply like good old Windows). We can log on to the printers webpage and the double-sided setting is set to off. Has anyone got any ideas this is driving staff mad. Many thanks D

Contyemplating the purchase of a couple of Konica Minolta devices and wondered if anyone had any experiences to share? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the bizhub C220 and bizhub C35.

Hi All, Having issues adding a Konica Minolta C368 to Google Cloud Print services. Managed to add it to the G-Suite administrators account but when I then go to share it with all accounts, it's just not there. I had to add it using the 'classic printer' method. On looking on the internet, I've found mention of an App that can be used as the link between the copier and Cloud Print - IWS App. Have tried to download it but I think as a result of it not being available in all regions it's not available. I have asked the school to ask the copier provider but this appears to have ended up fizzling out!] What I was wondering - does anyone have the IWS App setup and documentation they could let me have?

We have several of these Konica Minolta biz hubs throughout school. on 99% of the computers, everything works fine. But I have a couple of machines that are refusing to print. We have them setup to verify authentication settings before printing, so when you click print, it asks you for a username and password. I'm using the same username and password as always, but it refuses to verify. I've tried a couple just to make sure, but still no joy. Following advice from Konica, I tried disabling the antivirus software and I confirmed the windows firewall was off but still I get the same thing. The printer is installed and configured correctly as it prints without an issue when I log in as an admin. But if I log in as anyone else it will not print . We have 3 Konica copiers on this network and the PC can print to the other two without any issues. I’ve also noticed that I can’t get to the web interface up for the copier in question, yet I can for the other two. I’ve even tried disabling IPv6 and using IPv4 only, but this also made no difference. In sheer frustration, I wiped the PC earlier and re-imaged it from a known working image, but it still has the same issue… Any ideas?
