Hi Our desktop shortcut points to c:\Program files (x86) but Chrome has now started installing itself in the c:\Program files directory if manually done. I've tried forcing a symbolic link between both directories but no luck - but is there anyway to have just one shortcut on the desktop that works for both? J.

Hi I can add our Bizhub's to IPP printing - but can't get authentication to work. They just delete the printout once it has arrived. I can't figure out what is wrong on them. Advice and tips welcomed!

Hi I have Konica Photcopiers etup - but on Windows they ask for a userid/password. How do I do this on Google Cloud Print so when you send a print, the authenication works. thanks in advance J.

Hi We are using Win 10 (1809), roaming profiles, desktop shortcuts linked to a shared folder, public desktop blocked. So I need a Google Drive FS shortcut. The trouble is when this updates it creates a new folder. Is there a workaround e.g. a script that will find the exe in a number of locations e.g. C:\Progs\Google FS\29.01.5.6 or when it is deleted and recreated by an updated in say 29.05.7.2 folder thanks J.

Hi We use SIMS .Net (Hosted) however there is a local client on our main server. The issue is none of the passwords like sysadmin or sa work with the default as the technician previous didn't leave any information. So I need to reset them. SIMS Support are not what I'd expect them to be and I am getting to the end of my tether waiting. Has anyone got a resolution? thanks J.

Hi Recently we've been having issues with SIMS.Net and right click (focus) to select options e.g. in mark sheets/attendance. This has been failing to bring up the option menus. Does anyone know of a fix for the clients using RDP. Currently using Win 10 (latest version with all fixes) J.

I've just had the latest licensing cost for Securus come through. I am not happy as their current product has remained static for a number of years, whilst they've begun building their new (more expensive) product. I just want a monitoring tool for e-safety - we currently use Sophos on our machines if there is an alternative there?? Thanks in advance of your help and advice J.

Hi Just wondered what GPO settings others use - especially for the cache folders etc. I set our GPO settings up for Chrome years ago and it really needs an overhaul. thanks J.

Works fine at work. At home I get Error Code 5? The one thing that is annoying is at work Google docs open in Edge as default - I'd love to change this.

Hi We disabled SMBv1 because of the Ransomware virus. However on the Konica Bizhub even getting it to use SMBv2 as the protocol we can't scan to a shared folder. Has anyone else managed to solve this.
