Recruit I.T. has an opportunity for a Product & Sales Representative to join an established international brand delivering premium education software. The role is based remotely where you will be responsible for growing market share and sales across the UK market and working alongside their UK based Sales Manager. Focused primarily on the secondary school marketplace, you will be joining an organisation who has built their business on delivering a high-quality product, excellent customer services, and an experience that end users love! This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in the education sector, the ability to sell and grow market share, coupled with a strong network in the education sector.
The core purpose of this role is to continue to grow the market share in the UK while being able to identify and act on new opportunities as they arise. You will be a consultative relationship builder with a focus on building long-term relationships. In addition to this, you'll be working as part of a team connected globally who work collaboratively on delivering a top-notch product. As part of this role, you will be speaking with various organisations & schools in the education sector, helping them understand the benefits of this product on a technical level and tailoring packages to suit their needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to point to the following:
· A background in selling software and products into the education industry.
· Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the e-learning market and technology education market in the UK.
· An existing network within the education sector across the UK with a preference for the secondary school market.
· Have a technical understanding of technology and software, allowing you to engage with ICT stakeholders.
· Well-equipped in developing and maintaining effective and positive relationships that have seen you become a trusted business partner.
