  1. Hi All We are just waiting on the final sign off for the Parent Pay interface so it will be available for customers shortly. We do have file exports currently that schools can use with populate Parent Pay, the support team can help set these up for you. With regards to RoomBookingSystem (https://www.roombookingsystem.co.uk), they are not currently a partner with us but there is nothing to stop this happening. The amount of 3rd parties we work with continues to grow and we provide timely support to those who want to use our APIs, making it an easy process. Also note that many companies are using GroupCall and Wonde to integrate with MIS systems. It may be the case that RoomBookingSystem is using on of them. If this is the case then an adjustment can be made by those companies to get the data needed from Bromcom to populate the RoomBookingSystem.
  2. Hi elJukes Documents are stored individually for the students. What you need is to be able to export these reports as individual documents so you can do your printing. What you could do is go to 'My Documents', use the filters to find the reports you want and select them. You can then use the 'Send Document' option and send them to your email address. You will then have the individual reports. Not ideal but this may work for you. Feel free to raise a development idea on the support site for this.
  3. Hi Nigel There is an alert App that can be installed on users machines. When you send an alert from the MIS it will go to users machine that have it installed. You can find the App by clicking on your name in the right hand corner of the MIS. Click on Versions and at the bottom of the page you will see the installer. If you need any further assistance let me know.
  4. Hi Nigel The Alert App notifications will go to any person who has the application installed on their machine. You cannot set a target audience, the audience is whoever has it installed. You could also use the communication module to send an SMS or email message to staff. Hope this helps, if you need further information please get in touch with your MIS support team.
  5. Hi HC_Netman The problem looks like it is down Gmail putting rate limits on the number of emails that can be sent. Office 365 does something similar as well but it looks like others in this thread have been able to get around this. I would suggest you open up some dialog with Gmail and see if they have any suggestions. If you need any support from Bromcom just raise a call with the support team and we will do what we can to assist. If you do get a positive result from them it would be great if you could update this thread.
  6. Hi Leia. If you can drop me a message with your school details on and the call reference if possible and I can check this for you :-)
