We are currently implementing changes to our Office 365 domain in line with the Office 365 Secure score, some improvements are fairly straight forward (Running reports, setting up MFA's and disabling certain rule) A few of the options are a little more in depth and require PowerShell to implement. Our score has now improved from 36 to 217 however, I expect this to increase further once Microsoft release further updates to be able to score some of the options.

This maybe a precaution for leaving the EU, as the GDPR guides are linked in with the EU the Data Protection Act 2018 may include all the features of GDPR and can be switched across after leaving. Just a thought!

Hi, It maybe worth setting up a transport rule in Exchange Admin Centre to unencrypt any emails coming into the domain. That is the setup we are currently running at our site and its working with no issues.

Hi, You could use Office 365 Email encryption to send electronic copies of the documents going into the pigeon holes. We currently have a transport rule setup that automatically encrypts any emails that include the subject header 'Confidential' This then requires the end user to login to access the documents keeping everything secure and GDPR Compliant.

Hi, Is the user having an issue a member of multiple printing groups, we have had a couple of issues with Sim's reports and printing using papercut. 1) The computer didn't have enough ram to process the generating and printing of all the individual reports from Sims. Once upgraded the issues went away. 2) The second was one user who was a member of multiple print groups had to select which department they wanted to be charged to. However, the generation of reports was taking longer than the papercut system would allow for department confirmation (Default set to 10min) so once waiting for all jobs to generate and then selecting the department only the jobs created in the last 10 mins were printed. Resolved this by removing the user from multiple groups so they weren't prompted for a department.
