Another update office use different DNS. That's why they can get Internet

They are not connected to server but they can use Internet

You are correct ict room computers can see the server but no Internet. Office is not part of the domain can see the server. Our Internet come from BT and we not use caching server. Just straight to main com cabinet. I called Virginia for update they said we are still LGFL1 and it is still supported by capita and waiting for their response

I did try to use Google DNS but no Internet. We and could not ping to BBC.co. UK. Just the update from teachers they cannot connect to network. But in ict room I tried I dould connect to server.

Hi folks just after lunch internet across the school is down. but working in school office which is not part of our domain and it is in a work group. called lgfl support desk. still we are in part of LGFL1. later discovered teachers cannot print to the printers.please help me, what to look for? i restarted the switches, router and DNS but n luck. please help me.
