i did try the group local policy but i coudnt do it only for users but administrator account. i need to do it only for users.

In a standalone pc how do u disable the roght click, remove the shut down button for user not for administrator? Thank you

One of our teachers PC Toshiba settalite pro continously restarts. when turned on it gives the option to start with safe mode, SMwith network, SMwith command Prompt, Last know configuration, Starts notmally. non of them working. after a while its giving me a blue screen and restarts to previus option menu. what cause the problem? please help

Just a silly Question. one of my friend wanted to know weather the audio he got it in email is originally recorded / altered or edited after recoding using some tools. please help. its is an .amr file I think this recodred in mobile phone or what ever. is there any way to identify?
