    We use it and pretty much have the same experience as Pete. I believe Visigo from Smoothwall is cheaper, does the same thing (if not better) and when we tried it a lot easier to deploy plus a portal for IT staff to go with it so you can see it's working. Haven't managed to convince my DSL to switch just yet however!

    Might be something like the Luidia eBeam M320 Edge+? I've used those before, works fairly well.

    We found uninstalling eSafe then running 'netsh winsock reset' brought it back to life. We have Sophos Central too so wonder if Sophos thinks eSafe is up to no good.

    are you using eSafe at all? we have this issue sometimes but only on machines that have the eSafe client installed.
