We've just been told that an MV3 extension for Chrome running on Windows should be available on 4th July.

Same here, the support is terrible. We opened a ticket in September 2023 with a fault in Lightspeed filter, they confirmed it was an issue, never fixed it and they just closed the call in November 2024. This issue is still outstanding for us but we've given up any hope on it getting fixed.

I asked this exact question three months ago as we're very concerned that this was/is going to happen. I was told Education Pro is still an active product of Ativion for the forseeable future Our product team continues to develop and enhance the product as expected.

Absolutely, we have the same issue here. Also (and this has had a ticket open since 2022) in a remote control session many options from the start menu (log off, restart, shut down among them) require two clicks of the left mouse button. They have done remote sessions to see the bug and confirmed it is an issue but show no interest in fixing it.

Another one for CubeBackup here. Backing up to on-prem storage at the moment but have plans to also use wasabi in the not too distant future. Really impressed with their support too.

I asked Geo the same question and got the following reply: "Thank you for your enquiry, the GeoBook 1E firmware does not support PXE boot from USB Ethernet adaptors."
