We are looking for an experienced Data & School Manager to provide technical direction, advice and leadership for our academy’s data related services, and who also has aspirations for taking on a school leadership role. This role is an excellent opportunity for a data expert to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of data across the academy. This will include liaising with various senior leaders as well as managing a data team. You will use your expert analytical, planning and leadership skills to develop data systems which enable the leadership team to effectively manage the academy and improve outcomes for pupils. Start date : September 2021 Salary : The expected range is NJC Points 29 to 33, £32,910 - £36,922 pro rata. The salary will be negotiated upon appointment. This post is subject to performance management and may include progression beyond the expected range. We are looking for a Network Manager who will strategically lead the ICT provision at Hollingworth Academy and provide a ‘’World Class’’ IT support. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of: Managing a similar sized network; knowledge and skills appropriate to our network and/or the Academy vision; effectively managing a team; quick problem solving; understanding of core functionality of business. They will also have at least three years of experience on a medium sized network. As a Network Manager at Hollingworth Academy, you would be part of our Support Staff Leadership Team. You would ensure that the system and network enhances teaching and learning, safety and business continuity for all users. The Network Manager brief attached to the advert will tell you more about the role and the structure currently in place. Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:45pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break), all year round. Daily start and finish times could be negotiated at interview. Salary: NJC Principal Officer Scale, Salary Range Scale Points 34-38 (Starting scale point is dependent on experience) (£36,876 - £40,760 pa).
