The SAN would be on it's own range our network is in the 10 range but the SAN is on a 192 range that connects to the hyperv servers

Can I ask why these are being removed I had a copy calls today about word hanging?

The one thing that frustrated me was that I logged a call last weekend but got no reply until Monday but went on to edugeek to ask peers and got a response within 1 hour and there was no notice on your portal of any problems on Sunday.

From what I remember I had to install the latest Intel driver from the Intel site rather than the one from the dell site which came up with an error installing which I had to Google to get installed on the laptops.

I had this error ended up updating bios and graphic drivers to the latest and greatest and it seemed to fix on dell laptops.... worth a try

We use Veeam we pay for the virtual servers the cost is not to much and the hyper v host we use veeam backup for Windows so all our servers are covered on top we keep everything in house so I does not tie us down to any company for storage we got a couple qnap boxes that replicate between each other. So far we can go back 6 months :-) and the qnaps come in handy to archive old data off..

It seems down, lucky I just moved all emails to 365 so I can now email the remote users
