I've updated my Mac Office to much and its now not being allowed to run because Workgroup Manager says its a different version, which is correct. Is there a way of "uninstalling" updates so it's back to version 11.5 instead of 11.5.1 I don't particularly want to uninstall Mac Office. Does anyone else have a problem with Mac Office and workgroup manager? Seems to me like its a complete pain in the neck!

Are you not able to restore from a back up from when it was last working? or have changes been made since then?

Sorry to bring up an old topic, I know everyone hates doing it. If you have hundreds of computers, wouldn't that take forever?! Is there a safesearch search bar we can put on out intranet page? We've tried a couple but they never worked so we deleted them.

This actually impressed me. It's not a good thing, but if the guy who made it actually made it then his a hacker in the making. It's abit like the whole phishing scam on myspace and all that where hackers make a fake log in screen. This student made a fake windows login screen. So kids will enter their user name and password and it just stores it in a table. Simple way to get passwords I guess. The only place he messed up was the domain name.. it wasn't right. But he has his password blocked and taken to the head of ICT and all that. I doubt that kid made it.. but if he did. He has some knowledge. Bad knowledge.. but knowledge. Anyone experienced some clever yet annoying designs?

Totally agree with you there. And the cinema tent is awesome. Shaun of the Dead on the big screen :p Only let down was people cheering when planes went over head, but even that was funny in its own little way. I think without all the (careful) fun it's not as much of an atmosphere.. and even with some of the wreckless fun its still a laugh and can be funny. But perhaps I'm just one of those guys who will do stupid things and only think of the consequences once its done and laughing.

tried using thunderbird and it had problems connecting to our exchange server. To be honest, I have limited knowledge of setting up the email connections to the exchange, or the exchange server itself. Still going to try battle though.

at the moment we have a web based outlook and Mac suites go though that. Problem is pictures usually overlap writing and and all goes funny.. I think that's Safari's way of coding more than anything. Any other pieces of software which could be used instead of Entourage?

New post to and Old thread, just the way we like it! Thought I'd just add that I've finally tried Rock Band I LOVE IT! went to a party and they had it set up. I had one go and was addicted. Shame I had to share, I would have been on it for 4 hours straight other wise. Back to the point, it was weird to start off with, the Drums being in a funny order to real ones, it confused me a little. After got used to it, it did feel like playing the drums more than I expected. Started achieving 90% on most songs on the Medium difficulty, which I thought was impressive from 2-3 hours playing, considering I hadn't even seen one in real life before then. Overal rating: BIG SMILE

LIMP BIZKIT! thats going to be nasty! might go to that band for the sheer chaos of it all!
