Required Skills and Experience · Extensive experience managing a ticket escalation system and IT Service Desk, as well as managing other schools systems such as access control and remote systems. · Thorough and up to date knowledge of Apple hardware, software and technologies including OSX server, MAC AND iOS devices. · Experience of integrating Apple technologies within a Microsoft environment. · Knowledge of SQL, Active Directory and Exchange, Windows Server and good general IT knowledge including IP networking, scripting and general computing hardware and software. · Develop and manage new project, and experience liasing with 3rd party suppliers regarding insurance, maintenance and lease issues.
