Salary: £25000 - 30000 Full time role with annual leave
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Timetabling Trainer/Consultant on behalf of our client, one of the UKs largest and most successful suppliers in their field. The successful candidate will be working a 37.5 hour week on a flexible basis training customers on timetabling software in the education sector, sharing the teams enthusiasm and passion for the services on offer.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide training and consultancy on the product, as well as organise schedules for a training and consultancy team.
· Analyse training needs and develop new courses to respond to changing needs.
· Take responsibility for company services timetabling lounge.
Essential Skills
· Able to interact with customer base by assessing their needs, allowing them to use the software effectively and efficiently.
· Prioritise and balance multiple tasks, as well as an interest or working knowledge of school timetabling.
· Excellent communication and computer skills, and an ability to learn new software quickly.
· Experience of working in/with schools environment.
· Driving license and a willingness to travel.
Desirable
· School timetabling and software experience.
· Use of social media to promote business opportunities.
Timetabling Adviser – Kettering Area

Key Responsibilities
· Provide timely and exceptional support to customers, whilst responding to e-mails, support tickets and telephone support requests in a professional manner.
· Analyse each support request to try to determine the original cause, and to see if this could be prevented.
· Recognise possible need for additional products - such as training on the product.
Essential Skills
· Ability to interact with both software developers and customers, and the ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks.
· Interest or working knowledge of school timetabling, as well as excellent computer skills.
· Driving license and a willingness to travel
· Experience of working in/with a schools environment
Desirable
· School timetabling and software experience
· Customer service experience
