It's a nice idea isn't it there are loads of people I know getting the boxes. When your signed up you can actually send boxes to people with little messages inside, I sent one to my other half the day after she had a very stressfull day at work!

On a more professional note though, have you tried deleting her old profile and creating a new one to see if its a setting hidden away somewhere? D

Don't think preloading a small program like FF will amke much difference on most peoples system now unless they are really low spec? My quad core i7 loads it up instanatly? D
