We're looking for someone to join our team in Milton Keynes to deliver specialist training and support for school managers and staff in the use of the SIMS administration software. They'll be a team player who understands schools business/system processes and can deal with customers and third party suppliers. They'll work alongside existing staff but have responsibility for specific areas in SIMS/FMSsuite. The ability to support other SIMS and non-SIMS software modules is required along with the ability to develop and deliver training courses. They’ll assist with the QA and testing of new releases as well as producing system/user documentation such as helpsheets. This is a full time role with a 37 hour, Monday to Friday working week.
