I'll have a look into file server resource manager, a lot of these students are "photography" students so have been given quite generous user areas. Appreciate the help!

Hi guys. I've done a recent clean up of students user areas as I found DVD copies of films which they had uploaded themselves, 1, obviously the files shouldn't be there and 2, they were taking up loads of space. Is this something you monitor or is there a way to limit the size of file that they can upload? Some of them were 1.9GB a file! Thanks in advance

I've never been but have registered for it, will ask line manager if I can go. Me on my lonesome in a place full of strangers! Although Frog are putting on a free lunch for us!

Kid had a severe asthma attack, in the end a "ground based ambulance" took him. I would be gutted!

You could create separate Playlists for each of the departments. See my first image, when the videos are uploaded you can click the tick box and choose Add to, then Create new playlist, guessing something along the name of a department. Then when people go on your school's YouTube Channel they can click on Playlists and see all the departments playlists. Sound ok?

mikeyd101: took just over 70 hours in total. Used our Fire Exit map for scale and took LOADS of pictures around the campus to get the details. jahilton2002: lots of patience, trial and error in terms of getting dimensions and scale right. and have a bit of fun with it!

Just wanted to add that Frog's community site Forums - Frog Community is very active, and like EduGeek there's lots of highly skilled members that are happy to help with any problem you have. When Frog support has sometimes failed me the Frog community has come up with brilliant suggestions and workarounds.

Just wanted to be the only one so far to say that support from Frog on the whole has been great. I use https://servicedesk.frogeducation.com/ to create tickets and use online chat which most of the time resolves any issues. Some of the big bugs you have to wait until the next release of Frog to be fixed but I'm okay with that.

Ooo I like this! Will look further into it...

If you've got Office 365 you could upload the videos to OneDrive. Assuming your students have school email accounts you can then choose who you share the videos with, only downside is you have to enter the email addresses individually.

We just have a basic landing site that I made. Frog serves most of our sharing and room booking needs, email seems to be the main form of communication here for notices.

Here's our Intranet landing page. Very simple with onmousover for each square, staff love it due to it being simple and colourful.

Hi guys! I've created a Minecraft version of our school, Ralph Allen School, Bath , UK, where I'm an IT Technician. I've created a short video for it and the map is available to download. Hope you enjoy!
