    Have you checked that Location Services is on, on the iPad itself? I only say this because you are now able to skip this step using Apple Configurator 2. I've done this once.

    I had the exact same problem with one of the Primary's I support. I unticked the following box and then I was able to teamviewer onto it from then on. Hope this helps.

    Hi. I have just started as a Primary Technician and one of my primary schools are asking what is happening with My Big Campus, does anyone know what BTLS are doing with it as they have no information to give at this time? Or if you have any information about it can you please tell me about it.
