Its not recommend you rename a DC, if you wanted to rename DC3, best thing I would do is MAKE SURE you haven't got any FSMO roles on DC3, if not then demote the server back to a member server, rename it. If you had to reboot DC3 then the other servers wouldn't take over the print services. Most cases restarting the Print Spooler fixes any problems. Ian.

I always tend to run my Print Services on the File Server, I also always have at least 1 DC running just domain services just incase.

Yeah the server may take 32Gb of RAM Physical but surely he must of known about the 32-bit Limitations

No, in most cases they will be TUPED but why would anyone wanna be TUPED to RM etc I dont like all this Managed Service rubbish At the end of the day if the word CHEAP comes to mind with schools they will kick there in-house IT out which is such a shame.
