touch wood they've been excellent since i got 50 mb broadband installed, but then again when i rang up i got put through to an indian call centre and said ive got problems with my new 50 meg broadband and they transferred me through to an english call centre because they didnt have 50 meg training or something

funny thing was he tried escaping rescue attempts. hes gotta be like one of the worlds strongest divers now hasn't he

LOL id kill everyone at BT if they were doing that to me, im on 50 meg at home 5 times faster than work lol.uploads 1.5 meg which aint bad for a home connection

try fallout 3 mate last's for ages and its probably game of the year so far, or did it come out last year? who knows either way its got a great story (so far)

lol i had bt a month just line rental, i was told my broadband would be activated on a date it wasnt anyway long story short i cancelled and was told i wouldnt be charged as my bb was not activated, today i just got a bill for £400 cancellation charges :mad: wtf do i do now

lol its not only BT ive had problems with, i switched from virgin who just give me a twitch everytime i go to sleep at night. :took your advice mate i cancelled BT after they messed me about more ill just go back to VM at least i was getting an internet connection there:

dunno if this is the right area but i just felt i had to complain as i was getting nowhere with BT support. lol i ordered new broadband two weeks ago over the phone with a guy, seemed alright got it all sorted, my phoneline was meant to be activated on friday the 12th december and my broadband on the 16th, so the 12th comes and my phone is active so i wait till the 16th and my broadband doesn't come on so i ring em up on wednesday and get transfered around for half an hour before i get put through to an english person who says, oh sorry sir we'll have it on in the next 24 hours for you, so i wait STILL!!! no broadband after 24 hours, so i ring em up again oh wait sorry sir there has been a problem with your line sir we will ring you within the next 24 hours so this is friday im expecting the call and i didnt get one so i rang em up again oh sorry sir the issue has been resolved were just waiting for your order to complete your broadband will definately be on tonight, well it wasnt what a surprise, so i ring em up this morning about 8 times and kept getting put on a loop in there automated crap phone system anyway i finally got through to somebody human and she was useless as hell, so i went can i speak to somebody who actually turns on the broadband, she confirmed that the order had gone through and said oh its tech support that activate it. so i ring tech support up oh sorry its orders that activate it, so i ring orders up and oh sorry its tech support that activate it, so she gave me a different number to the guys that are meant to do it. i ring it *beep beep* "sorry this line is open between 7:30am and 12 midnight" so i checked the time 14:36 LOL, so i rang orders back up, oh your not gonna get broadband till monday now. THANKS BT YOU'VE REALLY LOWERED MY BLOOD PRESSURE THESE LAST FEW DAYS YOU IDIOTS!

ive tried both on a 32inch HD tele and cant tell the difference to be honest, probs cos my tv aint that good, will buy a 50 " one at some point maybe bigger if i can afford it:cool:

yeah i dont think microsoft will ban anyone for getting the update off the internet though, ive seen so many forums where people have swiped it off the net and updated, cant play live till the 19th and the email given out to nxe preview program users stated that if you take your hdd out and put it in a friends xbox then it would update, so they would be banning some people who accidentally updated. But it does look brilliant especially the burning of games to the hard drive, ive looked at a few vids of the comparisons and looks loads better. bring on the 19th

amazing game ive only played about 80% of first act i think and i love it already, im not on live with it yet though

thanks for the reply, i got an answer from net support themselves i gave them a call and they said you have to install the student client on the teachers machine aswell then it doesnt ask for acknowledgement aswell so we have it sorted now thanks

Hi i was just wandering if there is a way to gain access to tutor consoles if your a technician, without having to have them acknowledge your connection, so basically a silent connect. We cant have these teachers knowing where watching them now can we

LOL! ah god im with virgin media and to get a half decent connection at peak times i had to upgrade my broadband to 20meg because of about 10 different phone calls in a month saying im not getting anything more than 1 meg when im meant to be on 4 meg. There solution was stop downloading so much and i kept telling them i dont use my computer to download anything i listen to music on it and thats it. oh and i was getting charged 25p a minute everytime i rang for useless advice
