I use GTranslate free version on my sites and am well aware that it doesn't handle real text well, I use it so foreign users can make sense of the navigation menus. If your site is only ever going to be bilingual it would be worth getting a proper human translation to serve rather than a machine based translation which will never be as good. If you buy into a plugin you'll be "paying" for all the other translations when you only really need Welsh. I also assume that Welsh is quite low on the list of spoken languages and would worry that support for Welsh translations in plugins will be low or non existent... Are there any students who speak English and Welsh you could rope in? Would look great on a student's CV

We use the same ones @mikeprice has sturdy, flexible so they don't snap and modular so cables are detachable for storing and you can get spare ear pads for when they wear out. A bit steep at £19.99 a pair but they get cheaper if you go for a bundle.

Command+R is NOT the same as Command+Option+R I did read it yes!

You could try internet recovery to reset to factory, you will need to update to latest OS after Hold Command+Option+R on boot (note that enabling a proxy in Mac OS utilies is not a breeze but is possible)

I didn't feel any malice in your response <3 but after a quick Google its clear my 5% is a tad high and most are saying 0-1% is OK Looking I am dropping <20 packets per second across the entire network so well within acceptable numbers... sorry, not meaning to rub it in @OP

I should have been clearer I guess sustained loss at 5% is not good, but I won't really investigate anything below 5% unless it is sustained and affecting quality of service

I'm happy with anything below 5% Just had a look at traffic and I have 1 switch dropping 16/10204 packets, the rest are dropping none

I don't see much as the JS is blocked on the server but I see more than on Chrome on my desktop...

User summary page is working fine and the embedded is all good. Will have a look at the logs now, issue began after having our print fleet upgraded... as mentioned Papercut support has recommended a fresh install and restore the db so will try that this evening Nothing in the logs unfortunately, if its any help I am getting these errors on the Dashboard page...

I have never been tempted by smart watches, maybe I should have another look as I guess they have massively improved since the first gen of smart watches. Why wouldn't you recommend that watch and is there a smart watch you would?

Hi All, Bit of a watch geek here! Would love to see what other techs across EduGeek own, wear and love? I have a few watches but will start proceedings with quite a rare little nugget... The Casio G-Shock G-056B, the thinnest G-Shock ever made coming in at 11mm thick! My daily driver, takes a beating and keeps going and is perfect for my skinny little wrists my only gripe is you cannot change the date to UK format and the buttons can be hard to press without pinching a bit of skin or pulling a hair Looking forward to seeing and hearing from you guys TomHD

Nope unfortunately not, that is the option to share data with Papercut. Have been on to Papercut support and they have suggested a reinstall and restore, will update this thread if it fixes the issue. I think the issue is SNMP based as I seem to not be getting low toner email notifications either

I would choose that route but was just offering alternate solutions And if its the form factor of set top boxes that is putting OP off you can get some really small ones that can be hidden behind the screen but no idea how well a remote would work in that setup

The speakers in the Unifi APs are OK, a bit gutless but I imagine you're not wanting to put on a rave in the corridors

Powering the speakers will be the tricky/expensive part. Do you have mains power nearby to the speakers?
