Alrighty, I finally got some time to look into this so time for a bump. I got my new double socket faceplate, took the spare pair (brown and green) and terminated like so (pro photoshop skillz): But nada, nothing happens. I also tried pins 2 and 5 instead of 3 and 4.. am I missing a step? or do I need to open up BCM and find the socket/port before anything displays on the phone? (This is while the old faceplate is still hanging from the wall though, maybe that has something to do with it but I didn't think so).

Hyper-V here I've used both and tbh I'm fine with either..

Never used PCE but Impero has or will have pretty much every feature you'll ever need, they pride themselves on that. Reliability has gone down recently but I'm hoping it'll spring back up. When I first got it last year it was pretty much perfect, never had any issues.

Definitely agree, the guy who started it (who was a teenager from my county, wooooo) had a good idea and rolled with it but it's definitely gone down hill. I've had to deal with the support once and I had to resend my comments to them about 4 times before they understood what I actually meant, not sure if he's outsourcing his customer service to somewhere else but it's appalling! What's the best alternative (for myself and others)?

Do people tip delivery drivers? did they ever? Maybe I'm just a mean person, in the US and other places I can understand because tips are much more important but over here wages for jobs like drivers/waiters etc are more equal afaik. I'd tip the person who puts the toppings on my pizza if they do it well (around here it's awful, I asked for DOUBLE AND THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE DOUBLE TO ME!) but that's it.
