Ericom is a lot cheaper than Citrix and just a good! Have been using it for years.

We use Ericom, really great product. Education pricing is also cheap. Well worth a look. We bought it through a partner Elmdale maintenance, very helpful and knowledgable on the product.

Have you turned off IPv6 on the Mac server? V15 doesn't seem to play nicely with it at present. It needs to be turned off and not just local link either.

In my opinion, it would depend on how you were connecting the sites to which option would be best.

We use Olivetti copiers from Elmdale maintenance they are fab. Works with paper cut great, think they come under Konica Minolta devices in paper cut.

Hi, we have used CORE for our vle for just over 3 years now, the products are great the VLE itself is brilliant in what it does, can sometimes be a little complicated, but they have taken all of this onboard and have been changing bits! The quick links are fab, especially now it functions in ALL browsers. As everything sits within sharepoint we have found this opens up some really good extra options with getting sharepoint content. Teachers love it, being able to create there own pages. We are just brining online with parents and so far so good, the sims webparts are doing their job and it means that information is now far more up to date. Communication between parents and the school seems to be improving too! I would recommend CORE to anyone, lovely piece of kit + have a new designer who creates some amazing master templates! we have just had all ours done and it really makes a difference!

Seems to be a few problems logging on to server 2008,think it is something to do with the logging on to an smb homedrive... i can't remember where exactly but does explain a lot here . Hope this helps.

I have been having the same problem, just got our new imacs with 10.6.1. I have found that if i go in to bind to ad & od via "Preference/Accounts/Login Options/Network Account Server" i get the same as you, restart and all is screwed. But if i bind using terminal it doesn't seem to happen. I have no idea why, but it seems to have solved our woes. Hope this helps.
