    Oh god, I've just realised that you meant an overall loss of 4 1/2 stone as opposed to that being your current weight! I was envisaging a Flat Stanley-eqsue character and was getting ready to organise an intervention. That's an amazing loss so far, well done!

    I really don't like rest days. They make me feel lazy and restless! But yes, I am trying to rest up, especially as it hurts to walk at the minute.

    Done and good luck! Losing a pet is horrible, they really do become such an important member of the family. The only thing that puts me off getting my own dog when I move into my own place is the thought of having to go through losing them, so heart breaking.
