Well I am pretty content with my Beats for the time being but might give Sennheiser another try once I start thinking about replacing them. Had some great in-ear Sennheisers quite a few years ago. Only really jumped on the Beats bandwagon because my friends clubbed together to get me some for my birthday a couple of years ago.

I deleted it before my phone went through the window!

I love my Beats but, in fairness, the only thing I ever notice about sound quality is that "tinny" sound you get on poor speakers/headphones, beyond that I'm relatively oblivious. Which headphones would people recommend then?

Just one lbs off of my lowest weight of the year! For anyone that does struggle with weight loss or exercise motivation I honestly can't recommend the Fitbit or anything similar enough. I've gone from a coach potato to someone who now finds it frustrating to sit still for long periods of time. I spend my lunch hour walking rather than internet shopping, I'm running 4/5 times a week, I have more energy and I'm (more or less) in a permanently good mood. Previously I've only ever managed to keep myself motivated to exercise for a few weeks at a time but I've been at this now for 2 and a half months and still going strong. Hitting your daily step target is such a satisfying feeling, smashing it feels even better!

Back on the running tonight after a few weeks rest having knackered my knees. Time to factor in some rest days and some resistance work I think. Turns out running every day (having previously done none at all) isn't particularly clever.

Had to cleanse my music collection of all Lostprophets (was there largely for nostalgia value) because every time it came on it made me feel physically sick. A shame though, some good memories attached to some of those songs.

Got a few of these left. If anyone is interested, I'm now able to negotiate some even better pricing.

The "Canadian Totem Pole" label really tickled me, haha!
