BBC News - No crash rise after Swindon speed camera turn-off

All speed camera's are used to make money. Since the camera's have been removed here in Swindon, accident levels have actually dropped.

Manadatory for everyone here, even admin staff. End of the day it's easier to manager and in my opinion that overrules any 'inconvinience'.

Like Gatt said, its the tax on petrol that furiates me more than anything! They try to penalise people who need cars. I need my car to get to work. I cannot cycle as its too dangerous, I can't get a bus as it would take nearly two hours, and I can't car share as no-one lives near me. So what am I supposed to do? I have to pay whatever it costs.

I have an XP Pro SP3 laptop that says it cannot load the above file from C:\Windows. Any idea's what this dll is for? I reckon its spyware, I have done a scan with Malwarebytes but that has found nothing.

I'm not saying they should use it as an argument, but just have a think about how 'bad' their conditions are... They are lucky to be in a job, especially as the country is just recovering from a recession.

I think the whole BA thing is disgusting. One of the wifes friends put it correctly... 'You think you've got low pay and awful working conditions, then think of all those dedicated soldiers in Afghanistan! They're not on strike!'

Not sure where to put this little beauty, but does anyone know if there is a way of disabling/restricting to the calculator in XP via Group policy. Its for a computer exam and they are not allowed access to a calculator. I suppose I could hide the shortcut on every PC? But then they can create a shortcut anyway....(Right click needed for exam). Any idea's?

I would just prioritise the jobs as you think fit, but remember you cannot keep everyone happy all of the time. No job is worth getting ill over.

Its funny how parents who weren't there can comment on it. We all know how some kids can exagerate things!
