I'd echo what others have said. Audit, then timescales in priority order. Obviously an IT suite would take priority over a cluster in a classroom. If the servers need upgrading, do those first.

I completely forgot to do my transfers before the weekend games- doh! Happy with 4th considering I only did 13 transfers.

For next year, I have been asked to install some software that can compress files. Now there is the windows version, but are there any decent free alternatives out there? What does everyone else use? Its for XP. Can the windows compression shortcut be removed/added via GPO?
