Hi all, we are about to launch Edulink with Parents Evening, its all looking good. However I have been asked to enable "Guest" access for the other parent. I know that you have to pay Twilio for this, I seem to have a trial account and a small balance. Anyone here able to help me understand how to top up this balance? When I try, it was all sorts of photo ID! Can Twilio just raise an invoice to be paid by PO??? Thanks.

Hi all, we have rolled out the decrypt option on the filtering for the whole network. The school uses Unifi, the domain and intune devices are fine as we can deploy the certificate. But, can we use NPS or similar to push the certificate to guest devices so they can surf??? This is mostly for guest and WPA2 Enterprise using the AD for radius/NPS. Thanks.

Hi all, we are using Teams here, SLT need to have overview of all the assignments, who has set what etc... Other than Cloud Design Box, is there anything else? Maybe built into Teams? We don't want to add the SLT to every Team to monitor their homework! Hoping someone can give me examples of what you use in your school. Thanks.

Hi all, We use Frog currently with an extractor, this generates for each year with “Am individual” and “general documents”. Once we more away from Frog, we need an alternative, we use Teams and Microsoft products. Do you know of an alternative product? We are going SIMS Connect soon if that helps. Is there a SIMS parent app we can use??? Thanks for any feedback!

Hi all, we have 11SE devices here, we are following the guide to setup the devices with Smoothwall on Intune. It all works fine, but when you enforce our domain for logging into Edge, it won't accept any login. There is no error, you just click login and nothing happens. If we turn off the restriction, then you can log in and it all works fine. Anyone else on here had this experience??? Thanks.

Hi all, does anyone here use LGFL USOSync and force users (in AD) to change every 90days? There is no password write back from AD to USOSync, so if someone changes their password on LGFL, does it reset the 90days on the AD when it syncs??? Thanks!

Hi all, we currently have AD RMS running on a server, its pretty broken as we have to manually unencrypt files. We are on A3 now, we want to use Azure RMS for our Sharepoint site/Onedrive. I read about not enabling it until AD RMS is gone. I have checked with ADSI and also the registry of my machine, I can't see anything in there. Could I just enable Azure RMS? Or should I try to migrate? Thanks.

Hi guys. We have been facing, for some months now, issues with not being able to enroll new and existing devices into Azure/Intune. We have tried School PC setup and other methods, at the moment we have a batch of 11SEs and it hangs on the Azure enrolment, then errors out. We have changed to A3 recently, going from A1 Plus. Any ideas or has anyone found this issue before? Really stuck, we did hundreds last year and no problems. MS just give us the round around. Thanks!

Hi all, is it possible to only allow users to change their password in Azure online if its expired, rather than a "reset" if they forgot it or locked out? I'd like students to be able to reset passwords online after 90 days rather then needing to find a PC. Thanks.

Hi all, we have (last year) been provisioning lots of devices using USB sticks and School PC app. We have a user we use in the wizard setup, attach to wifi, set a name and whether its shared or not. It worked fine. We have two W10 laptops now, we have tried to do the same, but they error out. error 0x80070005 provisioning failure We also get a fail on the sway app and onedrive: Setup completes with errors. Microsoft.microsoftskydrive_8wekyb3d8bbwe Failed microsoft.office.sway_8wekyb3d8bbwe Failed I am really confused, we have tried another user in the setup, tried not ticking anything, removing the device from Intune, no luck. We have a big batch of devices coming in soon. Any ideas??! The only recent change is we have moved to A3, but the user we use to enrol has had the previous license applied and tried all sorts of others (A1 plus, A3, A1).

Can I check. We use Shared device activation for Office. We currently have A1 plus and I can see Microsoft 365 apps for student and faculty, although no accounts are using. We have moved to A3 on Campus. Can we still use shared activation? Or do I need to get the M365 apps back as well?? Thanks!

Yep, got a Chest agreement, I will turn off all the extras if I can, then release them as and when. Its really for the password self service and RMS on Sharepoint which I need to work out anyway. We have logged in and grabbed all the ISOs and keys already! I think we use Salamander to apply licenses and a bit of the auto apply in Azure but I need to check. Thanks.
