Found it, thanks. Got to the page of which OUS to sync....the default has all OUs selected, am I ok to select all?, including computer groups etc... (I Don't have a record of what was syncing before)

I'm currently re- doing our Active Directory Organizational groups including the policies linked to these. I've created some new Organizational units so I can move new users and computers in to here, to test There's a link between our AD and office 365 where when we move users out of these Local AD OUs, and after a sync between AD and 365, these users are removed from 365. I can't seem to find where this link is?, I would like to add the new Ous I've created, to this sync, would anyone know where these are, maybe in 365 Admin Centre?

Bit of a strange one this.. I have an external user attempting to send an email to one of our teaching staff , it keeps bouncing back with the error Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that therecipient's domain does not exist Same external sender can send and receive from me (same domain as teaching staff member) The only thing that has changed with this user is we have changed her primary email address to her new surname, previous name still exists as a secondary\Aliasemail address, but external user can't send to that either (receives same bounce back error) Anyone have any clues where the error lies?

Hi, I`m after a bit of help with a problem I haveinstalling the OS on a staff laptop The laptop was brought in with a corrupt OS and after a few fault finding steps it was decidedto re install the OS, upon doing this using a USB boot drive (Windows 10 22H2)when the setup comes to look for the internal SSD, it doesn’t show any. In the BIOS it picks it up. Wondering if this is a driver issue? Or a configuration change within the BIOS? I've swapped the SSD (M.2) with another but get the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, We have one workstation that is showing "No Internet" in Network and Internet settings but can get to the Internet and all Network resources. what ever I do I cant get it to clear. IP settings are pointing to the correct servers - Tried clearing IP config, setting IP config to static as appose to DHCP, still no joy. Anyone got any ideas how to clear this? Thanks
