  8. My knee is getting a lot better, i had physio this morning and i was able to squat down on my one bad leg without any pain, but agian becuase the bruising hasnt gone down, it still hurts when it has pressure (it was a bad idea to get deep into a desk to reach the back of a pc on my knees the other day), but the ligament itself is a lot better, so i should be able to start within the next week or so.
  9. need to lose weight badly, put on about a stone over the summer (planned to do a lot of cycle trips etc, but a car accident/bodged knee put an end to that), any tips for weight loss/building up exercise gradually? my knee is almost back to normal but still has some internal bruising.
  10. I am hoping to start running again soon, had a car accident back in July, and did some ligament damage to my right knee, will build it up, and hope my shins dont flare up!

  15. Not naming and shaming yet... originally had another issue as nothing happened when I clicked forgot password. I asked about it to the acclunt manager and they said theyd look up my password and let me know. I then later got an emaik saying she couldnt access my password but had reset it (which is what id expexted theyd do anyway) But during that time id got email through from my originals click (s) on the forgot password link.

  19. Got there in the end, i'd just got rid of the hyphen(s) before your post @sonofsanta, so this thread now looks a tad messy.... but i have got what i need from it. Thanks a lot people. =]
  20. Cheers, as i mentioned (edited so may of missed it), annoyingly we have a hyphen in our domain part of the email.
  21. OOO, very good point, some of those on the lists have names like above.... to be more of a pain, how would you get rid of hyphenated names in the sheet? (we have a hyphen in the @school bit, that wont be affected will it?) Thanks EDIT: It is affected, it takes the hyphen out of the end part of email address too
  22. happens far too often for a side that was the number one test side in the world a couple of years ago (sure of it, cant find any data...) Cook has been woeful this year, as have most of the old guard.
  23. If by good you mean watching England , Cook et al fail once again, and throw away a potential winning position, and lose to a very avg. India side that hasn't won a test away since 2011, then yes, its been a very good game.
  24. You're supporting India, then?
  25. Cheers guys, both worked like a charm saved me doing ~200 names manually. Knew there would be a way
