@Arthur, thank you for the sample package.ini files and the reminder that exe files can be allocated/installed like that. The extra reason for using the RM Blueprints is that they also create a Settings package, which turns off the constant offering of the latest Adobe updates to staff who aren't actually allowed to update their computers! So, if forums aren't allowed to keep copies of the software, I guess I'll have to try to remember to come here first, and ask if anyone's got a copy to match what RM are offering!

Thank you from me, too. I've spent ages looking for both of these MSIs today. As was said earlier, RM don't have the most up-to-date blueprint for creating packages, and finding the slightly older MSIs for installations can be tough. Is there any central repository of the files that anyone could recommend?

I have the same problem; I emailed [email protected] who sent the following in reply to my protests about the lack of notice to paying customers: "My Tech Support team have told me that users can login by going directly to but that some functionality may not work correctly by doing it in this way so it would be advisable to download IE8 at your earliest convenience. Kind regards, Customer Services UK Tel: 0117 370 1990" It works. You can create a shortcut with that URL, or put it in the CDROM Player database. Let me know if you need help doing either.

Hi, I have a problem and RM have said that there is no way round it, so here's your challenge!! We have a few notebooks with very small screens and I would like to increase the display font size to large fonts for all users of the notebooks, and then reset the font size back to normal for the user when they log off, so that when they use a normal size screen elsewhere, everything isn't HUGE. I have built a custom workstation type for the notebooks but unfortunately, the registry settings for display fonts is a user registry, not machine - I believe that it is HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\Window Metrics. I have tried making a batch program to be run by the machine at user logon, which uses "regedt32 /s" to change the current user's font; this works but only for system admins, not standard users, owing to software restrictions. I tried making an MSI of the registry changes and then running that at login, but the same thing happens, even when I changed the security on the workstation type to low. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions about how to do this automatically for users, please? I feel that I'm going in circles here and I must be missing something - and there MUST be a way! As you will have gathered, it's a CC3 system, with XP SP2 systems. Thanks, Helen.
