We had far too many problems setting this up when we first looked into this back in December. The solution we ended up doing is just manually putting in exceptions in smoothwall for the various youtube URLs that we want people to be able to access in school. It's not the nicest solution, but we found it to be one of the only ones that consistently work for us.

We've had Fujitsu Q510's here in our library, which we've installed onto the back of monitors. Seems to be working well so far, with the only issues being the things falling off the back. (Extra long cable ties on order to help secure them)

As everyone else said, we've had a pleasant experience from PRM. Gave them a call last Friday, they've come collected it today. Good service, friendly driver and a couple of free mugs!

There is a Local Group Policy that can remove Shutdown/Restart/sleep and other buttons from the start menu. Remove Shutdown and Restart Buttons In Windows 7 I can't say I know of a way to remove the Log-off/lock or switch user without using third party applications, I'm afraid. (Correction: There is also a setting "Remove Logoff from the start menu")

For what it's worth, I don't think we've ever the disk information screen working on the Dashboard, with the error "Failed to connect to Default Member". If this is the case for you, it might be worth looking down installing a different Kernal route, as we've had mounting problems on newer hardware in the past.
