  1. Groupcall do provide this for our partners via Xporter - it needs one to be a developer to write against Xporter and then interpret the feed to produce the documents - we do not currently have an 'off the shelf' tool outside our products (or partner products) that can do this, and not one to do in bulk as is being requested here.
  2. Police need a warrant to even get started here as far as I know, and then it is a minefield of what can and cannot be shared based on circumstances and emergency... I can only assume that it would be a separate system (basically doctors have an interface/UI) that they enter pertinent information into that they might be allowed to. Double work. Linking to NHS databases as said before has got to be a no no for anyone!
  3. I have just spoken with my developers. The link to documents in the doc store is encrypted and only Capita can do anything around that. However, you can extract the documents. We are working on something around this to extend what partners have right now to make easy for schools to use, however for the right now I would suggest you take a look at Cohesion mentioned above as they have a tool ready to go for you (albeit you have to pay for it).
  4. I would very much like to see this actually happen... Kudos if it is pulled off but have serious reservations that it will. NHS data is a mire of red tape and privacy. We must all have followed their disaster of a nationwide data sharing system which failed because record permissions were 'too difficult to convert to software' in basic terms. And now a third party solution from another sector is going to plug in? Don't get me wrong, love the concept. But having experiences NHS 'tin foiled hats' in several previous jobs I question the ability to achieve. More than happy to be proved wrong! How though is school an authority over doctors? Surely the flow of data in these circumstances is to LA social care teams from both doctors and school?
  5. Can probably help Groupcall provide this for our apps and partner apps too. Let me ask one of my developers later this morning.
  6. Glad it got sorted for you.
  7. Hi Can you PM me with any details you have on this and your school details and I will ensure this gets attention. A 1002 error indicates there is an issue retrieving the MIS data, and if many of your staff are having the same issue it might be worth ensuring there are no comms issues at the server end? PM me and we can get this moving. Graham Consumer Products Manager Groupcall
  8. Just for information as it is stated here, PayOurSchool (Groupcalls Parental Payment solution) will have cashless integration this term, and will have all the major cashless caterers integrated.
  9. It does... There is no emoji that appropriately describes my face right now...
  10. All week on the stand... Not sure who I have annoyed internally to deserve that!
  11. Replacing census is the primary requirement. Getting data back is not. At least not automatically.
  12. Pilot schools I believe are expected September. Note that will be pilots and will not be a hard switch over... Likely long parallel usage as it is refined.
  13. Because to be honest the DfE have not been great at interacting with the schools widely when it comes to this project. If you have been involved with the project at any stage so far then you'll drown in the info available!
  14. There is a mountain of research and documentation already undertaken to exactly that point. I know because I did it for the DfE... Finding the documents publicly is another thing...
  15. Yes. What would you like to know. Currently the project is finalising PoC stage before starting work with MIS suppliers on the tech. Plenty of information on the Access4Learning website (formally SIF) https://www.sifassociation.org Is your interest from supplier or school point of view?
  16. Seems what you need is a system that integrates with a number of them. Let the specialists do their thing but have a single interface for both staff and parents. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using EduGeek mobile app

Well - now here is where they let themselves down. I bought a tempered glass screen protector when i got the OP3. Went to put it on, found it was split. Went through their support channel, all fine and agreed to replace - until the last moment when they told me that because I had not reported it in 48 hours of delivery, they will not help. So left with nothing. They were very cut off about it, saying that it is too late, thanks for contacting support, goodbye...

  20. Hi there. Please allow me to apologise for the less than satisfactory service you have got here. Can you please email me at [email protected] with any details and I will get this looked into. I know you fixed it this time around but I would be interested to know the issue all the same as well. Regards Graham
  21. To both. I am the Product Manager for Groupcall's frontline products (Messenger, Emerge Mobile, Emerge Desktop, Xpressions). Please email me at [email protected] with your case numbers and/or any details and I will get these looked at. I am not aware of any wide-scale issues with Emerge Mobile particularly with logging in. I will also highlight these complaints to the Support Manager to ensure this 'not getting back to customers' is nipped in the bud. On behalf of Groupcall I apologise for this less than stellar service you have recieved - will find out what is going on. Graham
  22. @penfold_99 will be able to help you with this.

    OnePlus 3

3 weeks in now, no issues at all. Just blown away by how the features are all things I would expect on a modern phone in the right places, as if I had designed it for me. OK I know a lot of this is Android 6 but their OxygenOS has stripped out a lot of the rubbish. Battery is excellent too, easily get to the end of a normal day with about 30% battery left. Waiting for my wireless charging coil and charger to arrive now.

I really like it. It is a solid weight, feels about right, not too light as to feel cheap. A slight weighter than my old Note 4. I love the fingerprint scanner on it. Instant, just tap (none of this swiping rubbish), and I found out yesterday it recognises upside down as well!
