    Thankyou, How long ago was this, as when i rang them a few months ago they told me they dont do CCNA course. Could just been a receptionist who is unaware.

    Hi Tech Guys, Does anybody know any companies that provides Cisco or any other networking courses that either do distant learning or the training is based close to Luton in Bedfordshire. Ideally we would need the training to cover, Vlan routing and telephony systems and everything else is just a bonus.

    If you are on about replicating your own week 1 and making it into a 2 week cycle, i believe interleave is the best way for this.

    From my experience parents will give fake email addresses (Not sure why) I am creating a form using HTML, CSS & PHP that will look identical to our paper data collection sheet. This will require them to enter their own email address. I will be hosting this data collection sheet on our website but not advertised that it is available so that anyone cannot access it. We will then send a sms/email via Intouch to inform parents of the URL. Once they fill out the data and click sent it will go to [email protected] (Example)... You could give this ago. Only issue with this is it does not feed back into SIMS but it does allow us to review and then copy and paste data into SIMS.

    Sorry what does R&A stand for, I have spoken with two people at Capita and they are unsure what this is.

    We had the same issue, it was a windows update kb:3097877 causing the issue. We created a bat file and put it in the start up scripts on GPO. Here is the script below. @echo off wusa /uninstall /kb:3097877 /quiet /norestart Once the script has applied the user will need to restart the machine.

    Promethean 587Pro, we tried unplugging and plugging back in but no luck

    When the computer goes to sleep the board loses connection. When we wake the computer the connection is still lost and the PC needs a restart. This has become a site issue and have been looking for solutions. Please advise

    How can we stop the USB ports from sleeping across the network. The reason we are doing this is because the promethean board is connected via a USB and when these goes to sleep the board stops works. We have to restart the whole machine to resolve the issue.

    Hi Vikpaw, We already use discover and emerge but thankyou. The school are unsure what else they can do so we would like to approach companies and see what they have to offer.

    Hi Snagrat We do use folder redirection and move to new location was ticked, hopefully this should resolve the issue

    When a teacher/student logs into an machine all files and folders are deleted. These are not only deleted from the machine but delete from the server aswell. We think it may be something to do with offline files synchronizing files the wrong way round. We have even tried to replicate the issue but it seems to be impossible. We have manually had to recover all data using shadow copy (This is stored on a NAS) We have been advised that it could be a virus so we are doing a full scan on our file server. Please can anyone advise?

    Also another option is set firewall up on your switch and disable the firewall on your server.

    I had this problem after a day i gave up with Capita and took a approach into my own hands and fixed the issue if you go into firewall and add 4 exceptions this will solve your issue these are as followed Pulsar - Sims.exe (Program) SQLSERVERBROWSER - PORT:1434 UDP SQLTCPPORT - PORT:1433 TCP TCPDYNAMICPORT - PORT:4894 TCP
