  8. Would suggest you just don't lift and shift to the cloud and look the cloud equivelants. eg. InTune insread of SCCM, OneDrive & Sharepoint instead of File Servers, MIS - Cloud alternative - SIMS Connected instead of SIMS etc. and then Cloud Print solutions instead of print servers. May not all be possible but would likely save money and resources etc rather than just a lift & shift. As Mark182 says above - These guys can help https://www.concero.education/

  15. Just wanting to recommend this to anyone who is looking at InTune in their environment and not sure quite how/where to start. We were part of wave 1, and must say the support from Bradley has been great. Very patient, no pressure and has helped us think through our own scenario. Jason
  16. Hi, Incase it helps with the underlying issue. I think there is a recent issue that we have experienced with the Yealink MP56 phones and the lightweight calling experience with transferring of calls and calls dropping. We found if you disable the lightweight calling experience normal service resumes. I think this is done from the handset.
  17. Just wondering if you have Sophos? Starting to hear a few issues with this?

  22. You can make Teams only find users based on what the logged in user would see in the GAL for Outlook - if that helps? If you get your address book policies sorted so that the right people see the right addresses in Outlook there ten you need use the setting in Teams under "Org Wide Settings", "Teams Settings", "Search by Name" - and turn on "Scope directory search using an Exchange address book policy" No sure if this works in your situation but must be a pain with 3 different accounts per person and not sure what it is actually achieving! :-) Best of luck!
  23. Seems a bit hit and miss who can access when anonymous users is disabled. If you need to use it for both education and the operational side of the school then you need to re-enable it and make sure lobby and meeting settings are secure and that teachers only admit authenticated students and only send invites via teams/channels etc. so students aren't as inclined to share the links (although they will but teachers don't have to admit guests/anonymous users). There is a few user voice on the teams forum you can vote for.
  24. Have spent the week with our schools talking to various 3rd parties and MS and getting to grips with the how & why. It will be a mix of your meeting settings and staff being sure they can identify who is in the lobby. This doc will help you a lot https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/keeping-students-safe-while-using-teams-for-distance-learning-f00fa399-0473-4d31-ab72-644c137e11c8 Especially the "for educators" section. Happy to have a chat about what we have found and can post further if useful when things calm down. PM if you want to talk through.
